Kappa Search is a recruiting firm that specializes in engineering, manufacturing and management recruitment and placement. We are actively recruiting for an Implementation Project Manager for a client in Chicago.

Scope:

Develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations. Involvement in pre-sales and scoping of projects as well as developing of proposals as required. Hires and manages subcontracted installation resources.

Notes:

• The Implementation Project Manager will report to General Manager

• Full Profit & Loss responsibility for Installation and subcontract operations; throughout North America.

• Position involves weekly travel in NA.

• Customer facing role which requires dealing with customers at all levels.

• Coordination and managing of subcontracted labor and suppliers to meet objectives of supply and installation contracts and orders at multiple sites.

• PO raising to subcontract labor and suppliers in coordination with Procurement Dept.

Qualifications:

• CAD skills and qualified in using AUTOCAD/Solidworks software.
• Should have history of working in a technical and engineering environment.
• Construction Skills Certification Scheme member (USA equivalent)
• Familiarity with construction laws and conventions.
• Will need to learn new CAD software as necessary.
• Quotation production for large contracts.
• Responsibility for record keeping and documentation management.
• Health and Safety knowledge.
• Commercial skill and awareness.
• Cost control.
